Have you seen this game? I'm not really down for some asian MMOs, but this one is pretty badass looking. Mebbe it was the weed I was smoking, but when I watched the videos for it. I was just wowed. It looks like a cross between Final Fantasy and Street Fighter. The game looks like it's got a little of everything in it. Character creation is very in depth and should appeal to everyone. Looks like the classic struggle between good and evil with this game. Asmodians vs Elyos. I probably wouldn't even mention this game but it just looked so sexy.

This comes out 11.27.2008 and I know some of us here are excited about it. I and the old lady can't wait for it. Looks to be a nice escape into fantasy land.

The Chronicles of Spellborn is soon coming out! Watch for it's release in Europe on November 27th and hopefully it will be released here then also. If not then I'm sure it's not gonna be hard to get a copy of it off ebay for the Euro servers.  I know I was really wanting to play Age of Conan but, the hype and the game were two different things.  It's going to be hard saying goodbye to AOC because it's a game so full of potential but just doesn't deliver on gameplay and replayability. The second half of the pvp patch may or may not come in this week, but there's nobody around that cares. In a year I might return to AOC if they haven't totally closed up shop on the game by then.  The game as it is now is dying fast with little or nothing to do at level 80. PVP and grinding for gear or an alt is boring as hell when there's nobody around to play with. Anyways, I just got Farcry 2. If it's as badass as the first I should be in for at least a weeks worth of playing.  I will be seeing you in AOC when I'm on and hopefully will see more of you in vent.

Well! Our move from PVE has had a strange effect on us! We are playing Age of Conan on the Deathwisper server. If any of the old guildies want to play just get in vent or in game and message Domini, Gith or Anewbus and I will get back with you as fast as I can. New forums in the works. I'm tired of the spam so I'm going to be getting a new forum going to cut all that bullshit out. I've noticed some people are having trouble with the ventrilo monitor so I will post the server details tx3.leetvent.com port 3834. Put this in your server window on vent and you should be just fine. Interested in joining? Hop on vent and hang out with us in game.

Why are people so gay on the AOC forums? With all the trolling and the non-stop moderation. There's really nothing redeeming about them at all.

Chronicles of Spellborn is going to be released soon! This is another game I've waited for years to come out. After AOC I'm sure I'll go in with lowered expectations. And I'm needing an FPS fix BAD.  Deathwisper server is fun as hell. Yah there's ganking and tons of shenanigans but, it's fun. It reminds me alot of Ultima Online but without consequences or crafting. I'm pretty sure that in the future AOC wil become a very good game. As long as we get some shit fixed in a timely manner.  AOC forums are hilarious as usual. This weekend I'm really going to be jumping in and raping a few and am sure to be raped in the process.  I've got our core guys into the new pvp guild and I'm hoping to see a few new faces soon. I've met a bunch of new people in game and it's funny. Suddenly, the game has a social aspect to it instead of mindless zerging and general boredom. It was sure lonely playing the nursing home server that we used to play on. Anyways, that's about it for today as I have AOC to play. See you in game queerbeasts.

PVE servers on AOC should be dismantled and made into bongs for the poor. After having a ton of fun on the pvp server Deathwisper. I've decided it's for the best if i  move my play time over there for a while. I was a bit bored with the idea of pvp in aoc at first but after playing hours and hours of it. I've realized that this is what makes the game more  immersive.  More social interaction is a good thing even if it is mostly negative. Here's a screen from last nights pvp action in which the GMs showed up for a laugh or 2.

I hope more cool armor sets come out, because these guys make us look like fags.

I woke up today and thought it would be a good day. then I went to reddit and I saw this thing called CAKEFARTS. I was mildy intrigued. It being 7am I thought I'd have a go and see what this was all about. It makes me lose faith in humanity one cakey fart at a time. In case you didn't get to see it today..... The hosters of said CAKEFARTS got plenty mad kimosabe when it melted their servers. Anyways, in a week it should be at another hosting company. Until then you can only dream.

I guess I'm just sick but cakefarts had me howling with laughter.

Ok. So, it's your semi-bi-weekly bread. Is a counterstrike:source server on the horizon? Maybe. But, before all that I'd like to announce a totally free Ultima Online shard that I'm developing for community use. Hopefully the stars will align perfectly this upcoming weekend and I will have it online. I've got a great little box I can run it on along with a possible css server. More testing on that is in progress.
